Am I missing something? For some reason, my customers - after receiving my end of auction checkout instructions - still need to e-mail me for total due with shipping and where to send payment. Shouldn't all this info. be in the winner's instructions?

I'm getting the same thing. What are we doing wrong? Does anyone know?

Hello,

Sometimes winning bidders email the sellers regardless to ask for the shipment information and the address. I checked both of your WBN notices and they look fine -- both are self explanatory, you have both entered in your shipping preferences correctly, and I also noticed that you have other winners that successfully completed the form. Not everyone will go to the link and fill out the form so aside from adding more text in your WBN message telling them you want them to go to the form, you can email them seperately to get them to use the form or just enter in the information they give you yourself.
