Hi,
The 'welcome' message that the buyer will see at the top of the checkout form, after clicking the link in the email, is not showing up. I mean the text that I enter to personalize that message. I have the same thing in there for a long time and it always went out ok, but now my buyers are getting it anymore and dont really know how I would like payment or handle my shipping. I only found this out because one of my recent buyers choose not to follow the link and email me direct, so I follwed the link myself to enter in the info myself. Please help!

I previewed one of your WBNs for one of your auctions where step 2 wasn't filled out, and saw your welcome message appearing -- for what specific item is this happening to?
