I'm having a problem when I open AmPro, the AmPro loading screen shows up, then all I get is the small box asking whether I want to syncronize--the screen to access my batches or make new batches is not coming up. The bottom of my screen (the desktop? shows the program is open & I have to alt/control/delete to get it to close. I need to get into the program as I have batches to upload...can you help me? Thanks
Try simply restarting your machine if you have not done so already, as well as disable any other programs you may have running in the background.
If that does not correct the error, you will need to reload the program software.
You may use the Add/Remove Programs Wizard in Windows to uninstall the program. You do not need to worry about saving your batches and images as these will be retained, however, you may want to copy the batch and images folders to a separate location on your hard drive "just in case".
Once you have uninstalled AM Pro, you will need to reinstall it. You may use the install kit that you used before if it is still on your system, otherwise, you will need to download the install kit again (please be sure to select "save to disk" when downloading.) Before you begin the install process, please be sure to close any open applications you might have installed on your system.
Once you have reinstalled the program, you will be prompted to restart Windows. After you complete these steps, you should be able to run Auction Manager Pro without error. If you are still experiencing problems after uninstalling/reinstalling the program, please let us know.
