Thanks for the reponse but.....when trying to synchronize, it gets just to uploading pics and then won't go any further. Jams the buttons (except for cancel) and won't allow it to go any farther. Knocks DSL offline. Have contacted our internet provider, spent two hours with them in tech support trying to figure something out on their end only to find that it is just this program with problems. The only way that I can access anything at this point is if I reboot. You said to watch for problematic images and then go online and delete......Umm, the images that are online I have't had a problem with and the images I am trying to upload can't be deleted (except for online) so......now what? I can't synch and have tryed uninstalling and reinstalling but for some reason it deletes NONE of those darn pics. Help, please. Thanks Oops, forgot to mention, I also got this error (after I emailed you) AmPro error: opening "C:\ProgramFiles\AuctionWatch\data\Customtemplates.map" file.

Hi me2metoo,
Go to the directory:
C:\ProgramFiles\AuctionWatch\images
and delete all the images that are there. Then try to synchronize again. Also, can you send us the text of the "Details" section of the synchronization screen. Do you get the error below every time you try to synchronize, or is that new?

You asked if the error was new....Yes and it doesn't occur everytime....about half time maybe.
The very last image, I believe is the problem, but I don't know how to get rid of it. All of the images EXCEPT this one was on your server. This image '00000gapback.jpg' is where it locks and throws me offline. Any idea what to do now?

Hi me2metoo,
If AMPro is trying to upload images, then there are still images in your images directory on your computer. Find that image within your AuctionWatch directory and delete it, or move it out of the directory. Does it stop on that image every time? If so, that is definitely the problem.

Yes, it does stop on that image everytime. I have tried deleting it from the directory, however, I get a message telling me images must be deleted from my online auction manager and that I need to go to Image Hosting to delete them. Well, the only problem is that this particular image is unaccessible, because it never gets uploaded. Can this be accessed manually? Thanks for your help. I won't be able to respond to further messages until tomorrow @ 8:00 am Pacific.

Hi me2metoo,
You can't delete images from within the program. As I said in my first response, you will need to go to the directory on your Hard Drive, and delete the images manually.
Go here on your hard drive and delete the image from within the AuctionWatch folder:
