I need help in understanding what to do after I have created an inventory item and added it to a batch in Auction Pro. I'm not ready to list the item but would like it to show up in my inventory when I go to the Auction Watch page. Do I use the synchonize button in Auction Pro?
The online and offline inventory do not synch together. If you already created an item in pro and want to add it to your online inventory, there is a workaround you could use.
Schedule the item to launch at a later date and upload it. When it goes to pending online, click on the title and use the 'undo launch' option. Once you undo the launch, click on the title again, scroll to the bottom and check the 'save to inventory' box - then hit the save button at the bottom of the page.
This will place that item into your online inventory.

Thank you so much!!!! I have been really struggling to learn this system but feel it could really be an excellent tool for selling. Once I get all the nuances figured out.
AMPro is a bulk lister designed to allow you to create auctions offline so that the only time you are online is when you are synchronizing your auctions to Sales Manager. The inventories to both are two different things -- if you want offline inventory to show up in your online inventory, please use the workaround explained above.
