Please help. For items stored in my inventory folders, I have previously been able to "create a new eBay listing" and "apply my profile" with all the info retrieved and perfectly filled in, a great time saving feature I love.
Today when I try the following error message appears: "Selected profile does not apply for this site."
Is there a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Nothing in my profile has changed.
Just to test, try creating a listing for one of the other available sites and see if it will allow you to apply it to any of them.
Also, if you have not already, go in to edit the profile you are using and verify nothing has been removed or lost from it. Even if you make no changes, click to save the changes when finished and try using it again for an eBay listing.
