I have decided to delete ampro.exe and download. However, when I start 'file download', it does not give me the opportunity to save (just as that paper going to folder). It doesn't give me the option to save it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Larry,

If you are selecting "Save to Disk" you should be able to choose where you want to save the program. Is that what you are selecting?

Unfortunately, it does not even allow me to make a selection (open, save....etc). It just has the file download icon but there is no activity. Is there another site I can go to?

Hi Larry,

If you go there and right-click the Download Now link and select Save Target As, you should be able to save ampro.exe to a location on your computer.

After deleting the file and folder and then re-downloading these files, re-installing it, everything seems to work fine. Thanks for your help.
