I have uninstalled this program "SO MANY TIMES" from my computer, and reinstalled it with still the same problem. and when I read others are having this problem I really wonder if its not some thing to do with the "WHOLE AMPRO". NOT SO MUCH WITH EVERYONE'S COMPUTER, NOT WITH TELLING US WERE RUNNING OTHER PROGRAMS, BUT WITH AMPRO!!
I hope you engineer's can get this on going problem fixed A.S.P. Waiting for this to be corrected ,regards, gypsygrams

Hi,

Have you tried reloading the MSVBVM60.DLL file, if that is the same problem you run into each time?

You can download a new copy of the Visual Basic from here :

n60sp5.exe[/url]

Hi Christopher, "Thanks for your prompt reply," Question=if I reload this MSVBVM60.DLLfile what happens to the one I have in there? If I have it.
Question: it asks VBRun60sp4.exe from download.microsoft.com would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?
I'm not sure what or which one I should do, I don't fully understand all this stuff. I says I could get a virus form loading stuff off internet. Hope you can help me understand this and help me out on just what I should do. "Thanks" gypsygrams

Hello,

When you install that file, it will overwright the one you currently have on your machine. If the one on your machine was the file at fault, this should correct the issue. I have ran into a few users where this was able to correct the problem.

When you go to download, choose the 'save to disk' option. When you do, it will show you where it will be saving the file. Try to select 'desktop' from the list, so you can easily locate the file once the download is complete.
