Hi kajnrose,
We have recently added an Archive feature which will allow you to archive your closed auctions, rather than simply delete them. Archiving an item will remove it from Closed, but will still allow you to access and download pertinent data into and Excel spreadsheet for reporting purposes. We have removed the Delete button, as Archive serves essentially the same purpose as Delete if you do not use the archived data. Note that you are not required to delete items from the archives.
In the future, if you don't want your items auto-archived, you can pay a fee to keep them in your closed section. For a limited time, you can manually turn off the auto-archive feature.

This is another way of bad business with AW. I can't say that it makes sense to not allow us to delete an listing that we no longer will use. How many duplicate items do you think we have to sell? I don't sell duplicate items. I vote we have the right to delete ended auctions when we are finished. Perhaps put a time frame to delete but to charge us to not archive an item is totally ludicris in my opinion. Then what? We still won't use it whether or not it's archived or simply sitting in closed area. I want to delete them when I'm finished with it. How many auction listings are going to pile up then you will want to charge us for the pile up. This as usual is a no win situation for sellers.
