I have heard from just about every WebTV user that has won something from me that the checkout does not work for them. Is there any reason for this? Is there a work around I can tell them?

The story I get (and I am not a WebTV customer so I cannot verify this) is that they completely fill out the checkout form and once they submit they get an error indicated that none of the fields have been filled out.
At first I assumed it was user error, but then I noticed that all the complaints I have got have all been from WebTv customers. I recently asked one of my customers to send me the error message but I unfortunately cannot find that email anymore.
Also, I started receiving the problems only after the big upgrade to the checkout system was started a few months ago. I hope this helps.

that webtv thing is troublesome, we have our own private checkout, same thing, we had to modify it to accept webtv,
