Hi: I just downloaded the new version,
and each time I try to create a new listing
the program crashes (closes). In other words, I can only create one item at a time.
Even after rebooting. Any ideas?
Also, how can I get information on using the
HTML editor.

The error message I receive is:
"this program has performed an illegal operation & will shut down. Contact your vendor"
Also, is the program suppose to initialize images each time it opens?
Can I delete the entire program and reload? Is this the best option?

Hi writersdencompuservecom,
It's indeed likely that uninstalling and installing again will solve your problem. Please make sure that no other program is running when doing so.
If you still get errors, please let us know what type of Windows you are using. On the error pop-up, do you have a button named 'Details', or similar? Could you please click it and copy the detailed error message, as we need it to identify the cause of the problem.
As for initializing images, this is necessary on every start because of the complex functionality built in the program (which now includes the possibility to delete images offline).
