since aw changed their automated wbn my customers seem to have alot of problems finding shipping amount. I get payments like crazy not includeing shipping with payment. This has gone up 90% since they changed it. Why change something that is not broke? lab2us2

Are they selecting a shipping and handling method and a price, or just sending you the payment without filling the WBN out at all?
