WELL...everytime I click on an old batch...and then click to edit??...THE AMPRO CRASHES....THE SAME ****60DLL COMES UP....so WHAT DO WE DO NOW??.....RE REBOOTED...TRIED AGAIN....RE BOOTED....TRIED AGAIN.....WE REBOOTED....TRIED AGAIN....YES...WE KNOW ALL ABOUT CLOSING ALL PROGRAMS ...WE EVEN SAY PRAYERS AS WE CLICK ON EDIT??..NOTHING WORKS.....I had really hoped the new 4.0 would correct the problems we are having...ARE WE GOING TO HAVE TO DELETE ALL IMAGES AND DELETE ALL THE PROGRAM AND THEN REINSTALL AND TRY??...I REALLY AM AFRAID nothing is going to work!!!!...I had gotten so familiar with this program and liked it, I did not wanna have to change...BUT AUCTION HELPER LOOKS GOOD...AND after the free listing day...LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TRY ANOTHER PROGRAM!!!..I KNOW WE ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON HAVING THESE TROUBLES...WE WERE RUNNING 1200 -1500 AUCTIONS A WEEK AND NOW...ARE REVAMPING COMPLETELY...AND WONT BE RUNNING ANY FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS...CLEANING UP AND THEN GOING TO AUCTION HELPER OR HECK...JUST LISTING WITH EBAY IS QUICK AND EASY...GOOD LUCK!!!

Hello RSMSPORTSGA you commented on my message site, so in good needs & deeds, I'll let you no if your still there and having problems with that "V4.0" , I have tried every thing I figured possible that A.W. guide told me to do and came up against another brick wall! If you've been reading any of my many messages to this "HELPFUL SITE", and got just got feed up with every thing and thought what the heck is it going to hurt at this point! I unlisted every thing to do with A.W. and deleted every thing to do with A.W. and did a complete shut down of my computer. Started it up again
and went to A.W. Message Center (here!) and down loaded the OLD Auction Watch Program to my desk top,"THATS ALL I LOADED!" then went back to my desk top and downloaded AMPRO and then did another complete shut down (not sure if I needed to but hey it sounded o.k. to do to me at this time. I started it up and opened up Auction Manager Pro from my desk top and listed one item, well things ran as "smooth as they should go", So you might want to try this. If your as Frustrated as I have been. I am staying for the run this time, It's been a very bumpy ride, I'm sure A.W. have had their hands & heads full with this "V4.0" "I SURE HAVE"
I said no more updating for me for a while, I hope! "Good Luck RSMSPORTSGA," just thought I'd share my BUMPS with you. Got a get and get some much needed listing done not much chance of getting caught up for awhile. Take care,

I'm glad to hear that you were able to successfully re-install the older version of AM Pro - we are not sure why this is happening for some users, but we are actively investigating. As soon as we have located the cause of the problem, we will let you know.

RSMSPORTSGA, you might want to try this route as well if you are unable to get 4.0 to function on your system.
