I have tried to list an item about 10 times. I can't get it to list. I keep getting an error message that doesn't tell me what the problem is it just says error 485 attribute is missing. Does this have anything to do with the update to 4.0? Has anyone else experienced this? If so please share what was wrong. I can't figure it out. I have contacted ebay-they say no problem on their end. I sent AW a notice too but as of yet no reply. Thank you, in advance, for your consideration in this matter.

Hello stufftoyou,
Are you uploading an item that is listed in a tickets category, by any chance? If so, this is the problem. Tickets categories require specific attributes that our system is not yet configured to support - if you are only uploading a couple of tickets items, we suggest you list these on eBay directly.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do hope to be able to support eBay attributes shortly.

Sonya,
It sure would have been nice for this posted reply to have appeared after my numerous attempts at listing instead of error 485-- attribute missing and then positing the notion that maybe ebay had something to do with it. Not to defend ebay but it is not right for your site to lay blame where it wasn't and send people on a wild goose chase. I indeed hope that this is corrected by changing your error message to exactly what your reply to me was rather than the number 485. The cat and mouse game is not good for business. Especially if you do not intend to fix the glitch in your progamming until months from now. Time is money and spending a great deal of time over a problem that could have been resolved in two minutes is not what I call customer service. Thank you though for clearing the matter up in the end after I had already decided to just use ebay to list the items.
