One of my batches was erroeneously uploaded to eBay TWICE. Now, I have 11 items listed twice. How do I get the duplicates removed immediately!!!!????
If the auctions are in pending and are scheduled to launch, double click on them to open them up, and then click on "undo launch" to unschedule them. Then you can also edit or delete them as you wish. If they are already active, you need to end them early on the auction sites. The customer service departments will most likely credit your account if you tell them you launched the auctions unintentionally.
A tip to give yourself time to correct mistakes - schedule auctions to launch at least an hour after you upload them so you have time to go into AM and delete any duplicates. And be sure to only hit the upload button once as it reads each "hit" as a separate command.
