I have tried to download the new update ampro 4.0 3 times now and keep getting the same message when done downloading.Cannot create or replace ampro.the specified file is being used by windows.Should i uninstall the old program then install the new one? I have tred closing AW and installing but still will not work.I have downloaded from the notice in AW & the site itself?

Have you tried downloading 4.0 in a different folder? Since it is automatically trying to download where the old program is the computer thinks that the program is already there for some reason.

I had thought of that but wanted to make sure I wont lose anything from the old program first.I don't have anything on auction right now so I wouldn't lose much I think!

When you download the same program in a differnet location on your computer, you will be able to utilize both versions.

I made a new folder and downloaded new Ampro 4.0.At first it started then stopped giving an error.I tried again and it started right away and loaded just fine with all my batches included.Now I hope everything will work when I am ready to list my next auction.
