Hi!
I just downloaded sales manager pro. After rebooting my computer, I tried to use the program and all of my inventory folders are missing. A "default" folder is there, but doesn't contain a fraction of my inventory items. Can you help? Can I go back to the old program?

I was dumb and installed it from the Auctionwatch site. It wiped out the old program. Today I downloaded all of my images (it took over 5 hours). Now I have my images back, but all of my inventory is gone. Is there any way to get it back at all? I have 150 auction to list on Tuesday night. Groan......
Unfortunately, if you already loaded it over the old copy, it is gone. Maybe they were loaded to two different directories though, as the new should just update the old, not overwrite it.
Do a search on your machine for a file called inv.dat - and see if you locate more than one copy. If you do, you may still have the old inventory around. If you find the older one, replace the newer one with it. (you can simply drop it into the same folder you see the other located in, and it will replace it.)
