Since we are STILL waiting for AW & Ebay to help us with the new postal rate calculations. Here is a temporary solution for your ads. There is a new USPS rate calculator as of today. I am linking it to my ads. I also include my zipcode and weight. Then just cut & paste in auctions.
Example:
Weight = 3 Lbs.
US Shipping: Buyer to pay USPS shipping from zipcode(xxxxx) + Insurance.
Then insert this new link. Hope it helps take some of the guess work out of calculating shipping! If you haven't checked out the new rate calculator, it is worth a look.
