In the old version, you could do each item as "next upload" or put in a specific date and time. Well in the new version I did as I always and put in a date and time I wanted the item to post. But when you look at the batch under "When", it shows "next upload" and not the specified date and time. I normally would send it to AuctionWatch a couple days early and it would post on the date and time specified. I'm afraid if I send now it will post it on ebay now. Is this a bug in version 4 that isn't working correctly?

Hi Kanesantiques,

It has always been like that, and is referring to synchronization and not actual launch time. To check the launch time, select the auction in Pro and click on Edit. Make sure you've chosen a date and a time and that you are scheduling it for launch, not launching it upon the next upload.

It hasn't always been that way. When I look at each auction the date and time is clicked but when you look at the batch it shows "next upload" and not the date and time like it used to. I sent a batch that was scheduled for today at 7:45pm and it launched them as soon as I downloaded it to AuctionWatch. Now I will have to wait until later to launch the other batches. Something isn't working correctly.

Okay, the problem appears to be with my PC. I have Sales Manager Pro installed twice on my PC and they are both version 4. One of them is having this problem and the other is doing the "When" correctly. Should I reload V4 again for the one and see if that will correct it?

Hi Crazygramma,

I recommend using the one that works correctly. Let me know if it gives you any trouble.

Hi Sonya;
I downloaded V4 again and this time it worked correctly. I could not update the batches I had already done but new items are working correctly. Guess I solved it. Thanks.
