hey
i was goin to set up an auction today and out of no where all of my profiles were gone. there was only one left, the default, which was created today, and i didnt make it. whats goin on?!!??! is there some sort of routine check from auction watch where they delete your profiles every so often!!??!?!
also, i get this error that pops up at random times. i dont remember exactly what it was, but it was something about a map in the sales manager pro directory. once i start up sales manager, an error pops up and then itll just keep popping up everytime i click on something. its annoying (when it does happen)!!!!

Hi theoutletshoppe,
There's no routine check which would delete your profiles, but it does seem that one of the files in the data folder of your SMPro installation was somehow lost. Did you happen to delete, rename or move files from this folder?
As for the message which pops up sometimes, if it is about the info.map file, then it's safe to delete it from the same data folder then restart the SMPro program.
