Is anyone else besides me having problems getting "priority cal'c" to come up as a shipping option in Sales Manager Pro? I've updated my 'global prefrences', i've synched my sales manager pro software many times and restarted it, and STILL 'priority cal'c' does NOT come up as a shipping option in the scroll down!! CAN ANYONE HELP??!!?? thanks.

UPDATE!!

I found that if you just upgrade the software to Version 4.1, this supports 'priority cal'c'. pretty simple. too bad none of the reps from auction watch could've told me that.
