Was this an original listing, or a relist? If it was a relist, was it an item that automatically relisted because that option was checked in the auction listing?

Hi Urdahl50,
Did you list this auction through Sales Manager or did you do it offline? Was it in your active auctions list the whole time, and it just disappeared when it closed?

I set up off line and then uploaded along with several other auctions. Yes, it was on Auction Watch the whole time until it close.
There does appear to be an error with this particular item, as even the system thinks it is already tracked in when you attempt to do so manually. Unfortunately, for this item you will need to do the post sale management from outside of the AuctionWatch system. The system is behaving as though this item was manually tracked in and not importing it to the closed list.
I checked all of your currently active listings and all of them were setup to automatically resubmit. Two of them to do so once and one to do so twice. None of those automatically resubmitted items will track into your account automatically, so you will need to track them in manually.
