Why would I get this message everytime I try to update to 4.1: "There has been an error during update". Then I click on "Ok" and I get a message "Update complete". I restarted the computer and opened AW Pro and there are no changes I can see. I was going to update to use the new USPS support on rates. It seems like so many people have been having trouble with the new version, I hadn't tried to update. Now I am having second thoughts again. I'm not even sure if the update will help me regarding the new postage rates.

Hi Pam,

To use USPS support for rates, you need to download the full SMPro 4.1 kit from:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client/

Please save the downloaded file to disk and then install it in the same location as the previous SMPro version.
