I have 2 eBay accounts now and want to keep them separate, but I am confused if I can do that for listing in Sales Manager Pro or how to do it. It looks like probably not, since you can't download 2 Sales Manager Pro's on the same computer. Can you separate them on the Sales Manager page? Pam
You can have two copies of Pro on your computer -- just save one of the copies to a different location, and rename it to keep it seperate. You cannot have two eBay IDs for one AuctionWatch account though. You would have to open a second AW account for your second eBay ID.

Sonya or whoever is support, I wanted two Sales Manager Pros on my computer. I downloaded 4.1 as the new one and saved it in My Documents instead of Program files where my older 3.75 Auction Watch Pro was. Now I no longer have the AW Pro I had and everything is gone - the photos and everything. I clicked on AW Pro where it was and it just says "empty". What did I do wrong? Boy, am I confused. I can't believe I lost all my photos I had just done this weekend. I had e-mailed where I should save the other SMPro with no answer. Pam

I checked some more on my AMPro and found it with everything there in Windows Explorer, but when I click on the AMPro logo, I get error "429" runtime error; Active X component can't create object". What does this mean? Can I fix it? When I click on my older Ampro on the start menu, it says empty.
