I have been useing Sales Manager Pro for over the past 4 months. Today, we started doing listings and all of my pictures that I have uploaded over the past 4-6 months are gone. All of my auctions that I have running now, have no pictures and when I try to post a relist, it give me an error becuase it is trying to find the picture for that item. Could you please tell me why all of my pictures have been deleted??????? Help ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Were these images all used in active auctions over the past 4 months? I am not sure why they were deleted, as it does not appear that they would have been flagged for deletion because of non-use (I am assuming that you are aware of the 90 day deletion policy.)

Should I stop uploading the images for new auctions? Do you know how long it will be until you can restore the images? Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter. Should I stop listing new auctions?? Should I delete the new images that I just uploaded???

You can continue to upload images for your new auctions, but please hold off on this until your old images are restored - this should be done shortly (within the next hour.)
