Could you please tell me why we can not synchronize, every time we try, we get the error that is listed below. I have tried to delete image from our program, but it will not allow us to. Please let us know what we need to do in order to fix the problem.
Thanks
Todd Hill

There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please go to www.AuctionWatch.com and check your images.
What happens when you try to delete it from your program that you are unable to do so?
Is there an error message?
You may need to go in and manually delete this image. Go to your 'C' drive, open the 'Program Files' folder and open the 'AuctionWatch folder within that.
You should then see a images folder, open it and manually highlight the image and press your delete key.

The weird thing is that I deleted the pic from the computer and from the Auction Pro program. But every time that try to synchronize, we still get the same error. I have also tried to unistal the program and reinstal it, but it does the same thing. Any suggestions???
Thanks

When you went to that images folder, you did not see the picture within? If not, try checking the 'thumbs' folder in that same AuctionWatch directory. It is rare, but sometimes the thumbnail can be the corrupt image causing this error.
