I have e-mailed, I have tried to pay. I have tried to post only to find the messages erased. Can/will someone please help me out here? I have been using AW for years.

Hi,

Thanks so much for all your help. I tried e-mailing several times but never got a response except a form one. The boards proved to be the way to get speedy help, first with Chris R and then with you, thanks!
