I uploaded 4.1 and want to use the new rate calculator but I have to put in an amount or leave the figure at -0- and this shows in my auctions. I fear my customers will think I am paying shipping - Am I doing something wrong.

Hi ladyjewels2000,
SM Pro has not yet been updated to work with caculated shipping, unfortunately. If you are using SM Pro, you will need to use the standard USPS Priority option until we can get this update in place. We expect to provide this shortly.

Hi ladyjewels2000,
I apologize - I was incorrect when I stated that calculated shipping was not available in SM Pro 4.1. It is available, however, you need to update your global preferences online and select the calculated shipping option. Once you do this, you should be all set.
