I have been trying for hours to get the Create Listing page to load. Select Site works, but that is all. Any ideas? Or is the answer again that it is because I use Webtv?

Hi Esther,

WebTV does not always function properly with sites that use java script. If you go through image hosting to create an auction, it should work because it will take you to the older form, that does not use java script.

Why is this only occasional? If you look at my acutions, you will see that I list quite often with no problem. I lost the whole of the Fourth of July, OK the day before and the day after. This doesn't make sense.

Hi Esther,

It is because of the way that WebTV works with websites that contain java script -- it is not designed to support them. We unfortunately are not setup for webTV support so the only other workaround is to try the other form, or to try to list with your WebTV box a little later.

Hi Esther,

It could be possible with the recent site slowness. I should have added that in my previous post!

Thank you, Sonya. I appreciate knowing about the other way to do it although I hate the eBay form. The Auction Watch one is so easy!

Hi Esther,

The other form I was referring to is the one you can access through Image Hosting. Some WebTVers use that one when the regular one doesn't work for them -- it just mainly consists of selecting your images then hitting the Attach button, and going on from there.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi--
I looked at the other site, what is a royal pain is going through all the sites, whereas on the AW form I can just put in the number and go! But any port----
Thanks again,
Esther
