I had left feedback for several people using the Auction Manager Post Sale Feedback button. Apparently in the process of leaving positive feedback for at least 1 customer, and possibly others, I left a positive point, but the message that was left was for a negative. Now the person has received a positive on ebay, but the text doesn't match. I have my positive message as default and didn't change it, to avoid this very situation. I have an irate customer that I sympathize with, but now cannot go back to correct this. I do check everything twice before leaving feedback just to make sure it is correct and to avoid a negative for myself by making such a mistake. Can this be fixed? Has anyone else had this problem in the past?

Hello rustygumbo,
Please make sure that there are no negative comments in your random messages. Random messages can only be used for positive feedback, and if you entered a custom negative comment, and select a number of feedbacks to send on random, the negative comment will be added in.
