In SMPro is I create an inventory folder called "home items" and I use an excel spread sheet to import items into SMPro do I need to create a table called folders and put "Home Items" in that table.

Also if I do the same for the images do the folders need to be named the same?

Hello eaglewolf,

I will have to check on this for you, as I am not absolutely certain, but I think that after you import the items you would then organize them within SM Pro. I will get back to you on this after I get an answer.

Thanks,

Diana

Hi eaglewolf,

You can import items into a specific folder from Excel as long as you have a "Folder" column in your spreadsheet that will hold the folder name, so you can map it to the Folder field in the importer. If the folder does not exist in SM Pro, it will be automatically created.

As far as images go, you will need to organize these once they are imported.

I hope this helps!

Diana
