When I click on the Sales Manager pro for lisitng my auctions it says "Run time error 429 ActiveX component unable to create object"
I need urgent help with this. All my templates are int he auctionwatch sales manager program.
First try just restarting your machine, but if that does not clear this error you may need to reload the software.
We recommend that you uninstall Auction Manager Pro using the Add/Remove Programs wizard in Windows. Your data should stay intact even after uninstalling, but you may want to save your batches and images folders and the inv.dat file (located in the data folder) to a different location on your hard drive in case something goes wrong.
Once you have uninstalled the program, you should download a fresh install kit, located here: http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client/
Reinstall the program, making absolutely certain that all applications are closed (check the icons in your Windows toolbar on the lower righthand side.) If you still experience this problem after taking these steps, please let us know. Good luck!
