I was wondering if someone could help me. I have used Sales Manager Pro in the past without any problems. Today I tried to upgrade to the 4.0 version and the upgrade program freezes right as it finishes downloading everything. I upgraded my mother-in-law's computer to 4.0 (which is in my house) without any problem. Can anybody offer any advice here? Thanks.

We have an even newer version of Pro available -- SMPro 4.2. I would recommend downloading that instead, in order to take advantage of the latest features (such as eBay fixed price). Here is the link to download:
