What a waste of time! After 6 tries and 5 hours, never was able to get full 8.18 mb download. Yes, the download bar goes all the way over, but the most I have ever got has been 6+ mb of the program. Yes, I'm on dial-up service, way out in the sticks, running at about 26.4, but I have NO problem downloading larger files and upgrades from Microsoft and Symantec. Yes, I am still running NT 4.0 sp6b, with IE 6, PII 266mhz, and 128 meg ram; but I do believe your servers are set way too tight on time-outs. Why can I not get your download, when I have no trouble with other sites, including eBay software??

OK, or at least I thought. Finally got all the program (exe) to download. BUT during Sales Manager Pro Setup, keep geting " AN Error Occurred During - The Move Data Process - 132". No information was shown in Comp, File Group, or File. Oh well, ten steps forward, 9 steps back!
Glad to hear you were able to download it finally. Did you end up disabling anything that allowed the full program to download this time?
Sorry to hear about the error message, make certain that you have disabled everything other than Systray and Explorer from your task list prior to running the installer file again.

Well, I got it done, but it was not 'pretty'. Never could get a full clean install to load, even with gutting everything. Instead of uploading the full 'kit', I copied an old version to another folder, and just upgraded it, and it seems to be working (no error codes and launched a test auction OK).
BUT now the original version (3.75) in the other folder will not work, and I had wanted to keep it for use with another User name. Please let me know how to run dual copies of SMP so I can use your software for both of my User names.
Unfortunately, you cannot run different SMPro versions on the same computer. You will need to upgrade the original installation to v4.2, too.
If you have managed to download the full kit (its size is exactly 8,584,435 bytes), please install it in the same folder as the v3.75 version. When starting the installation program, please make sure that no other program is running, as you risk getting the error 132 again.
