Since the new firmware upgrade to SMP I have been unable to launch batched auctions without first adding "shipping option" information. I have checked and double checked my global, ebay and post management preferences and can not find why my shipping charge is not prelisted on the auction form. I have a similar problem with being unable to store my "category" when launching to my storefront. Are these "bugs" that need patched or am I missing something.

Hi chuckatcdcards,
Were your batches created before you upgraded? Have you updated your online preferences recently?

I create batches from postings that I pull from SMP inventory. I create my SMP inventory by exporting information from an excel spreadsheed. All of my preferences are updated. Post sale preferences lists my shipping charges and I included my shipping charges in eBay preferences. Unfortunately they don't show and I need to reload "first class" and my "shipping charge" for each auction. Could my software be corrupted? Am I missing a preference somewhere?

Hi AngieatCDCards,
Please double check that your Preferences have been updated inside SMPro, too. Please click Preferences in SMPro's left navigation bar; also, please check the default profile.

I have double and triple verified that my shipping options are correct at both at Auction Watch and in AMP. I also verified my default profile and everything else. I reread all the instructions etc. I still get a red error asking me to include at least one shipping option. I then have to go to each auction in the batch and add the info. Should I uninstall and reinstall AMP 4.2. to fix this. Is this a firmware bug?? Please advise.
