I have 2 ID's on my computer, 1 for me , one for the Mrs'.
In seperate Program file folders, (as you're meant to)
I just updated her SM-pro because it asks you to!!

Now I go to open mine and it tells me;;;
Run-time error '429'
ActiveX component can't create object.

Perhaps if I update mine too, they will both work, but I can't open mine to update it.
How do I update without opening the program.
OR
Is there another way to fix it.

Pleaseeee HELP ME!!!

Hello,

Indeed, when you run 2 copies of SMPro on the same computer, they must be the same version.

Now, to upgrade the second copy, you need to download the full kit from:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client

When asked, choose to save the file to disk; then, install it over your second SMPro copy.

Hello,

Please make sure that all other programs are closed while doing the installation, especially the other SMPro.

Thanks,

I removed SMPro through add/remove programs.

Then rebooted,
Re-installed SMPro two times;
Once in ProgramFiles>Auction Watch Folder
Once in ProgramFiles>Auction Watch 2nd Folder

Exited all other programs,
Then went to follow set up procedure, same error message!!

An error occurred during the move data process:-132

File:

Now What???

It's ALL OK

Somehow I got one going and then I transfered the exe file to desctop and loaded it in to the 2nd ID file from there.
