I have had a problem with the new version of Sales Manager Pro ever since it came out. auction watch tech person said her was going to forward the problem to the engineering dept. and get back to me but never has. Problem is when I try to launch an auction I receive an error message "upload failed. check connection" Even though I receive this message it does in fact upload TWICE - sometimes with the pictures and sometimes without even though I always have pictures. I am paying for a program that doesn't work and no one gets back to me to resolve the problem and I am paying for double listings which I then have to cancel one of which means double the work. PLEASE help me get this problem resolved. Have uninstalled and re-installed dozens of times so that is not the solution. Also hace 3 computers and it is the same problem on all 3 systems.

Hello Karen,
I am not sure why this is happening, but if you consistently upload duplicate auctions you might want to try scheduling them in advance as a workaround - that way you can check your pending list to see if there are any duplicates before the auctions launch.
In order to determine what the problem is, we need some information about your system, particularly which browser/version you are using, which operating system/version, and, most importantly, whether you have any firewall or virus-protection software installed and running when you are uploading. Also, are your computers networked and running off the same internet connection, with a router?
Please provide as much information about your system(s) as possible, and we will continue to work with you on this.
