I have been in contact with auction watch of course it is the holiday that I would have trouble so maybe someone out there can help me.I can not launch says bad response from server then try again and now says auction watch user id is invalid,which it looks like it is compared to the way I get into auction watch which I can still launch and do all the same things I was doing.My mind can not figure this one out.Linda

Hi Linda,

Are you are using Sales Manager Pro? Could you please copy here the exact error message that you are getting?

Also, please make sure that you have entered the correct AW user name and password when trying to synchronize.
