I use the Ebay "Fixed Pricing" model within Auctionwatch. Last week I have had a rash of customers saying they did not get my WBN or got it later than usual. Please advise. Same problem with "Buy It Now" and no I don't want to use that "mail step" thing....

Hi Mallard88,
Are you still having this problem now? A lot of the time it depends on when the auctions are closing -- for example, if they close around the time of eBay and AW's weekly site maintenance then this can delay the delivery of the WBN.

Sonya, seems to be working at this moment, it was over the weekend (Holidays) thanks for your help, any other delay I will let you know.
