I have had trouble ever since I upgraded to 4.1. I can do one or two auctions then I get the error, AMPRP caused an exception 10H in module MSXBVM60. DLL at 017f:66024d53 Registers: 007f620. There is more, but I figured this should be enough. It is getting really old. And this is my business, so I need to it fixed. I am running windows 98.
No I can't open AMPRO AT ALL. It it will intialize the the pictures, then just close. This is why I do not uprade! I am going to loose a whole day of work because of this. What is the problem???

Hi , I just had the same problem , I have been saving my listing as I went along but duh! not tonight. After writing up 30 books I lost everything. Is there any way I can get into my hard drive and fine them? Will uninstalling and reinstall my ampro help and how do I do that? HELP I'm about to throw all these books into a garage sale tomorrow.

Hello,
I'm afraid there's no way to recover the lost book listings. What I would suggest is to save your batches from time to time, for instance after writing each listing.
If you have trouble again with SMPro, please try the following:
1. Make sure that you are using the latest SMPro version, which is 4.2.
2. Go to the Windows Update site (you can reach it by clicking Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Check any updates which are available for your machine, especially Service Packs and device drivers.
