I am presently using the Flower template with Auction Watch. Recently I have received e-mails from bidders complaining that they cannot view my Ebay ads. I have been advised that this could be an open HTML tag, which would make it impossible to view the ads using Netscape, however, they can be viewed using Internet Explorer. Any help you can give will be appreciated-I'm losing money!

Hello,
It isn't the template causing the error, rather something in your HTML code for the PayPal logo. Note that the logo is not even appearing, just the bold black text, which seems to extend down into the bidding area - which is why Netscape users cannot bid on your items.

Christopher,
Thanks for your quick response. The problem was apparently indeed the HTML in the Paypal logo. I deleted it in each auction and now I believe that Netscape users can view my auctions. Thanks again!
