Hello Steven,

I have checked your closed list, and it appears that step 1 has been checked off for your successful closed sales. Did you send these manually, or was it a case where the closed sale had not dropped into closed from active?

Please let me know - I have checked your active listings as well, and it appears that auto-WBN is enabled in all of them.

Thanks,

Diana

Still having problems with your WBN. Seems it happens over the weekend, I got about 15 emails from customer wondering where their automated email from Auctionwatch is. Also I had a auction end on 9/22.

Hello,

I refreshed your active list, and the auctions that were closed have now dropped down to Closed Auctions. The auction 1383322990 is there as well.

Regards,

Sonya

Thanks is this problem going to happen again, is it my fault or was there a glitch in the program. Now I have 50 additional emails from customers getting confused.

Please "refresh" my active list, as usual, over the weekend my customer that choose to buy via ebay "fixed pricing" have not got their automated email from me via AuctionWatch. This is really starting to get me worried.

Here is a example of a email I'm getting from my customers..
============
Subj: ebay item#1384780438
Date: 9/30/2002 7:49:46 AM Pacific Daylight Time
From: [email protected]

Sent from the Internet (Details)

Seller-

Your instructions stated to wait for an automated email from auctionwatch to make the payment. It has been two days since the end of the auction, and I have not recieved any email. Is there a problem with your system, or has it just not come yet. If there is a problem, what would you like me to do in order to pay for the Lexar 64mb memory stick. Please just let me know what to do so that I can send you payment. Thank You.

Matt-

Hello,

Did you always have the auto WBN turned on? I checked your closed auctions and the WBNs went out for all of them, did you just send these? You may want to consider setting up Mailstep as that can eliminate the problems you experience with Buy It Now latency. You can learn more by visiting this link. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

Regarding your fixed price items -- did you relist these as fixed price directly on eBay?

Regards,

Sonya

I relist everything is "Sales Manager" online www.auctionwatch.com - I don't use the WBN to it's full extent. I only use it "Step One" for the customer to get my payment directions. The last 2 weeks has been a nightmare.

**ALSO**
This Auction has ended Please clear the cache on this one...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewItem&item=1383673036

but I can't resubmit it withing "Sales Manager" online.

Hello mallard88,

We are looking into your problems now. Unforutnately, I don't believe that we will be any more effective in solving this over the phone, as it will take some research.

The problem appears to be related mainly to your fixed-price items - I have alerted engineering to the problem, and will let you know what they are able to find out as soon as I hear back from them.

The system is behaving as though the listings were either relisted on eBay directly or revised after being listed. Please let us know if you made *any* changes to the items after they were listed. Any information you can provide and document here will be helpful for engineering.

Thanks,

Diana

ok no prob. Just to make sure, I always relist my auctions via Sales Manager and never relist via Ebay because I know if I did the WBN would not work. The last time I listed directly from ebay was two years ago.

Hi Mallard88,

To find the FP items that sold to individual winners, you will need to go to Post Sale and run a search on the auction ID number. The sold items will then show up.

Regarding the WBN issue -- we are still investigating this with engineering. For the item you referenced earlier that comes up unavailable for relist or copy -- you can only relist the original parent auction. If you relist one of the "children" that sold, you will get the unavailable for relist or copy auction not closed error.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Steven,

I just wanted to check back with you on this, and clarify a bit.

If the problem is that your FP items are selling, but remaining in active and not dropping to closed right away, this is a problem that can be solved by using the Mailstep mail relay as Sonya outlined above.

If the problem is that your FP items are going to closed, but have no Post-Sale keys, that is a different issue. Likewise, if they go to closed and have Post-Sale keys but your WBN did not go out automatically, it is another issue.

Please let us know what *exactly* is happening, so that we can determine for sure if there is a problem in our system.

Thanks for your patience!

Diana
