Hi there, I'm having trouble combining items over long periods. I have many multiple buyers and when I try to combine all their orders together I get an error message saying that I cannot combine one or more of the items I had selected.

Hello,
If the auctions are already in orders, you have to seperate them first before combining them. You can combine up to 90 days. Are the auctions in orders?

Yes, the auctions are in separate orders. How do I separate them? I assumed that you can't do this because the message you get prior to combining says something like a "warning, you will not be able to separate these items after combining".

Hello,
You can uncombine them by clicking the non paying bidder link on the order. Then deselect the Relist option and hit the button that says Split Order. This seperates them back to individual auctions.

Thanks Sonya, that will make things alot easier, but does that mean that I have to go into each item to separate it? Some of my customes have orders around 50 items this seems like a time consuming way to get the job done.
