When I try to create an auction with SMPro, I get the message that I need to download my ID. When I try to download my ID, I get the message that it failed. I've gone to my account to make sure my ID is stored. I didn't see it, so I tried storing it. I then received the message that it is already stored. Hope this makes sense to you. It doesn't to me. What do you suggest that I do? Thanks!

Hi Hockeymom2001,
You do not have your eBay ID stored in your AW account yet. Go to your My Account tab, click on Auction Site Accounts. You can add your eBay ID there. Then go to Pro and synchronize, so that your preferences which will include your ebay ID, download. If you have any trouble with this, let us know.

It doesn't seem to be working. When I try to add the account, I get the message that the user ID I have provided is already used by another acct. I did have this attached to another acct., but I have deleted it.

I deleted it from signsnthings5 and my ebay id is hockeymom2001. Thanks for the help! I'm hoping to launch some auctions tonight.

Hello,
I've placed your eBay ID there for you. All you need to do now is go to your My Account tab to Auction Site Accounts, click on Edit for your eBay ID, and store your email address and password. Then you are all set.
