What am I doing wrong? More than half of payments by Ebay and Paypal do not get recorded in Post Sale.

Hi Forceten32,

Are you referring to step 3 in post sale not being checked off? Or is there a different problem with your winners paying for the items?

Yes, I'm referring to step 3 not being checked nor the payments recorded in the box above.

Hi Forceten32,

This is dependent on the winner filling out the form completely and not leaving any blank fields. I checked and noticed that you are not setup with PayPal mailstep. Setting it up will eliminate some of this problem for you.
