For example your hard drive dies, and you need to replace it. But you haven't backup your data. Does Auctionwatch keep all your sale data on there servers???
If so how far back do they store your sale information and any other information that you could need???
Does the sale data stay on Auctionwatch servers, even if you have downloaded it??? I’m New User would like to find out these answers.

Hi Ivannz,
If you are referring to the batches and the inventory that is in Pro -- that is stored on your computer only, so if you are worried about a loss of your hard drive, you may want to consider copying the information in those folders to a disk from time to time. You can find your AW folder in Program Files, in your C-drive. There should be a couple folders in there called batches and inv.
The information that gets sycnchronized every time is your online preferences (auction sites, images, global preferences).

Using worst scenario like hard drive dies again, does any information permanently get kept on your server.
Good example is like when people who haven’t paid you yet, all any other post management information. All does the information get deleted from auctionwatch servers when you computer synchronizes with auctionwatch.

Hello,
The information won't delete -- each time you open Pro, when you synchronize, what you have online will download to the program. Additionally, Pro does not download post sale information. That information is stored online, and can be downloaded in an archive.
