I changed my online statement for ebay. I have saved the information I changed. Then I went into auction manager and synced twice and still the new information is not showing up on my preview page, I still get the old messages. Please advise. Thanks

Hi Artdoggy,

Are you referring to default text? If so, you must change that in Global Preferences in your My Account tab.
