I work for Marcia at Starwares and I have to work at home on my own PC to do my job. I have had trouble syncronizing for two weeks,, before no trouble,, i also have a new cable modem to help do it even faster,, and i have syncronized after the installation of the cable line. So, I am having difficulty with getting this messgage
"bad response from server" --I am assuming it is from your server since that is what I am using. Also, it says to look at an image on line --that it is unable to sync due to that image,, but it is not the same image everytime,, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the system as well. I need help to get this system up and running ASAP. I hve tons of work to do at home and to upload onto ebay daily. Please help --I am truly at a loss as to how to fix this problem. And I am not use to just emailing and getting a response.. I am use to technical help on the phone..Please email me at my home address my name is Gayle Hurt and I work for Marcia at Starwares.
