Good Morning; I've just had my first calc auction to end and they have made payment. However, the 10% handeling fee was not calculated correctly. What am I doing wrong. It's auction number is 968090431

Hi Sonya;
Yes I was. In my preferences, I set up a 10% handeling fee but through the AW checkout it did not calculate it correctly. It looks like it only calculated a 2%. The actual shipping for this item should be $3.95 and the auction closed at $13.50, a $.40 handeling fee was calculated when it should be 1.30.
