Hi Auction Watch I have been having problem with buy it now auctions not closing in sales manager no notices sent to buyer I emailed auction watch an I was told I had to change to mailstep I don't want to do this I should not have to do this. All sales manager functions should work properly. That is what we pay a fee for right.
Unfortunately, unless you use the mailstep program, BIN listings will not automatically drop into your closed section. The only other workaround is to manually select and refresh those items in active. Do this a couple of times and they should drop into the closed section.
